By downloading or using TrackMyBets ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

App Purpose and Non-Gambling Disclaimer

TrackMyBets is strictly a financial tracking and analytics utility.

No Real-Money Betting: The App does not facilitate, host, or link to any real-money gambling, sports betting, or prediction markets.

Financial Awareness: The App is designed solely to help you track your spending behavior and gain insights into your personal habits to encourage financial awareness.

User Responsibilities and Data Backups

Because TrackMyBets operates completely offline, you are solely responsible for your data.

The developer cannot recover lost data, restore deleted records, or migrate your data to a new device.

You are encouraged to routinely use the App's export feature to back up your database to a secure location.

Limitation of Liability

TrackMyBets is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The developer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the App.

Under no circumstances shall the developer be held liable for any financial losses, damages, or consequences resulting from your real-world betting activities, nor for any loss of data resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or user error.

Age and Legal Compliance

By using TrackMyBets, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The App is a personal financial tracking tool and does not facilitate, promote, or encourage any form of gambling or betting.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, and trademarks in TrackMyBets are the exclusive property of m1cz labs or its licensors. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content without prior written consent.

App Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including changes to features, pricing, or entitlements. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the Google Play listing or within the App.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
