The core tracking functionality of the App works entirely offline. All information you enter into TrackMyBets is written directly to a local SQLite database stored entirely on your device's internal storage. The developer has no access to your data, your betting history, or your financial tracking habits.
An internet connection is required only when purchasing TrackMyBets Full through Google Play to complete the transaction. The core tracking features remain available without internet access.
Third-Party Services
TrackMyBets is entirely self-contained for its core tracking functionality. The App does not integrate with analytics providers, advertising networks, or any other third-party data services.
The App integrates with Google Play Billing to process purchases for TrackMyBets Full (lifetime purchase or monthly subscription). When you make a purchase, Google processes your payment information in accordance with Google Play's terms and privacy policy. The App only communicates with Google Play to verify purchase status and entitlements; no betting data or personal information is shared with Google.
Data Security
All data is stored locally on your device using Android's built-in app sandboxing, which prevents other apps from accessing your information. Because the App does not transmit any data to external servers, you are solely responsible for securing your device and your data. We recommend keeping your device protected with a lock screen and using the Export feature to maintain regular backups.
Children's Privacy
TrackMyBets is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the App, please contact us.
Your Privacy Rights
Because TrackMyBets stores all data locally on your device and does not collect or transmit any personal information to external servers, your data rights are exercised directly through your device:
- Access: Your data resides only on your device and is accessible through the App.
- Erasure: All data is permanently removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data via your device settings.
- Portability: You may export your data using the App's Export feature, which generates a ZIP file containing your records in CSV format.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area or other regions with data protection laws, you may have additional rights under applicable legislation. Since we do not process or store your data on any servers, these rights are exercised through your local device controls.
Device Permissions
The App requires no special device permissions (such as camera, location, or push notifications). It only utilizes standard internal read/write protocols necessary to save your records to the local database on your device.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because your data is stored exclusively on your local device, you maintain full control over its lifecycle:
Data Retention: Data remains on your device for as long as the App is installed.
Data Deletion: To permanently delete all data associated with TrackMyBets, simply uninstall the App from your device or clear the App's data via your device's system settings.
Data Export
You are solely responsible for managing and backing up your data. The App provides an export feature allowing you to generate a .zip file of your records, which you can share with other applications (such as email or a local directory) at your own discretion.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. Material changes will also be noted in the Google Play listing. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
